The Peak Services ownership and team have been active in the commercial maintenance and property services business for over 30 years. Scott Piercy
President/Owner
Scott has been in the landscape industry for over 25 years, starting with mowing lawns and snow removal in his neighborhood when he was just 14. From then on, he worked his way up at various landscape companies in many areas of exterior grounds maintenance and repair in both commercial and residential markets. He founded Peak Services with his wife, Michelle, in 2014.

Michelle Piercy
CFO/Owner
As the Chief Operating Officer, Michelle ensures all operations go off without a hitch. Michelle has a business management degree which she has put to good use since starting Peak with husband Scott in 2014.

Brianna Stilwill
Administrative Assistant
Bri has 12 years of management experience and has been with Peak for five years. She strives to create processes and efficiencies to serve Peak customers to the best of her ability daily.
